Returns & Exchanges

Ludovic de Saint Sernin offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate items and pierced jewelry are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
